My professional journey has always been driven by ambition, a passion for business, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Before becoming Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Visionary Labor Company, I spent five years building my career in the financial services industry, developing a strong foundation in commercial lending, business development, financial analysis, and business operations.
During that time, I had the opportunity to work closely with small-business owners from different industries and backgrounds, helping them navigate financing opportunities to start, sustain, and grow their businesses. What made that experience so meaningful was understanding that behind every business was someone’s dream, livelihood, and years of hard work. Being part of their journey gave me a deeper appreciation for entrepreneurship and eventually inspired my own path as a business owner.
Today, I have the opportunity to apply that experience to building and growing Visionary Labor Company.
As Chief Operating Officer, I oversee the financial and administrative operations that support our projects nationwide, including invoicing, financial management, payroll, human resources, employee benefits, and regulatory compliance. I’ve learned that building a successful company takes more than delivering great work in the field. It requires organization, financial discipline, strong relationships, and a solid foundation behind the scenes.
Over time, I’ve also developed a genuine passion for the events and temporary structures industry. There’s something incredibly rewarding about being part of the work that brings large-scale productions to life. From major music festivals and sporting events to temporary structures supporting communities and businesses, I take pride in knowing that our company plays a role in making these projects possible.
I’ve always believed in working hard, continuing to learn, and never becoming too comfortable with where you are. Every challenge has taught me something valuable, and every opportunity has motivated me to keep growing, both personally and professionally.
As a woman, entrepreneur, and mother, I take pride in the opportunities I’ve worked to create for myself and my family. Balancing my professional responsibilities, continuing my education, business ownership, and motherhood has taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of staying committed to my goals.
What makes Visionary Labor Company special to me is knowing that we’re building something meaningful together. From the relationships we’ve established to the opportunities we’ve created, I’m proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about what’s ahead.
For me, Visionary Labor Company represents more than a business. It represents ambition, perseverance, family, and the belief that with hard work, determination, and the right vision, you can build something that lasts.
