My journey in this industry started just three days after graduating high school. While most people my age were still figuring out what they wanted to do, I was already traveling out of state for my first job.
I started with flooring installations and eventually worked my way into temporary structures and large-scale events. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects in the country, many of which Visionary Labor Company now proudly supports.
What makes my journey special to me is that I started from the ground up. I’ve been the guy out there doing the physical work, learning the installations, working long hours, and understanding firsthand what it takes to get a job done right. Today, I have the privilege of leading crews and working alongside many of the same companies I once worked for.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, I’ve learned that success takes more than hard work. It takes consistency, efficiency, strong relationships, and most importantly, taking care of the people who help make it all possible. I take pride in leading a hardworking, skilled team and creating opportunities for others to grow alongside the company.
One of the things I’m most passionate about is developing the next generation of skilled workers and leaders. I enjoy working with young, ambitious individuals who are motivated to learn, take on responsibility, and build something meaningful for their future. I believe that with the right guidance, discipline, and opportunities, people can accomplish far more than they initially imagined.
I’ve always been ambitious, but I’ve never wanted to get ahead of myself. I’ve believed in working hard, building relationships, staying consistent, and letting my work speak for itself.
As a Mexican American entrepreneur, I take pride in where I come from and what I’ve been able to build. My family, especially my son and the mother of my son, continue to be among my biggest motivations to keep pushing forward.
I genuinely love this industry. I always have. And even with everything we’ve accomplished, I still feel like we’re just getting started.
For me, Visionary Labor Company represents more than a business. It’s proof of what can happen when you believe in yourself, stay committed to your craft, take care of your people, and never forget where you started.
I started in the field, learned the industry from the ground up, and today I get to lead a company built around the work I’ve always loved.
